Is Trellum a job board?
No, Trellum is a tool for organising your job search. You can pull in jobs from any other place you like, Trellum is about bringing organisation to the chaos.
How does the free trial work?
You can use everything Trellum has to offer for free for 7 days, no payment details required. After that time you will need to add a credit / debit card and will be billed for your subscription.
Can I share my progress with multiple people?
You can generate as many share links as you like for either individual opportunities, or for everything. These links are read-only and can be revoked any time you like.
Can I use Trellum with AI tools?
Absolutely! You can connect Trellum to your existing Claude or ChatGPT accounts so you get full control over how you use AI with Trellum - if at all. Trellum exposes a collection of 'tools' for those AIs to interact with your Trellum data.
Where is my data stored?
All your data is hosted within the EU and UK, and we're fully compliant with GDPR. All your data is encrypted at rest.
Can I export my data?
You can export your data anytime you like into either a csv or json format.
What happens to my data when I leave?
When you end your subscription we'll give you a final copy of all your data. We will hold onto your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, and then we'll permanently erase all your data.
Do you sell my data to recruiters?
We don't sell your data to anyone, you are our only customer and your data is yours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe as a payment provider so we're able to accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept cryptocurrency, cheques, or cash.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime you like in the web interface. You'll retain access until the billing period ends, after which you won't be billed again.
